What are the cancellation policies?

Cancellation policies depend on the season:

  • Low season: You can cancel at least 72 hours in advance without penalty. After this period, the first night is charged.
  • High season: Cancellations incur a 100% penalty of the accommodation.
  • Exceptions: Fees will be refunded in case of flight cancellations, restrictions that prevent service, or force majeure, providing the corresponding proof.


What are the accommodation options available?

  • Private pool land bungalows: Some are located within the hotel, and 10 of them are in our second complex on "Isleta."
  • Tree-level Grand Bungalows: Up to 4 adults, two separate rooms with a shared jacuzzi.
  • Sea-level Grand Bungalow with private pool: Up to 4 people, two separate rooms with a private bathroom each.
  • Grand Family Bungalow with private pool: Two floors, accommodating 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
  • Connected bungalows (#21 and #22): One with a pool and the other with a pool and jacuzzi.

Children under 12 can stay with their parents in the Grand Sea Level and Grand Family Bungalow.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
