INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS


All the rates offered by Hotel Las Islas include accommodation and breakfast buffet at Tía Coco Restaurant. The following activities or services are complimentary and subject to availability and/or weather conditions:


  • Short astronomical tour
  • Transfer to hotel’s private island “Isleta”
  • Snorkel, kayak, and paddle board kit


Other services or activities not mentioned above will be additionally charged to the room account. Bungalows' availability must be verified through the web page www.lasislas.com.co, our reservations center +57 601 3442704 or by email at reservas.hotel@lasislas.com.co.
Reservations' office hours: Monday through Friday 8:00a.m.- 6:00p.m. and Saturday 8:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.  Guest service department at the hotel is available to support 24 hours, 7 days a week at +57 605 6517123.
Rooms will not be assigned previously, that to clarify that no room number will be confirm to the guest before the arrival. Hotel offers the best room available that meets all quality and service standards.Transportation to the hotel may vary depending on guests’ needs. Site Inspections must be scheduled at least 8 days before. If your company/agency is interested to have a Site Inspection at the hotel please send an email to:

  • Rates do not include 19% VAT (it must be added when guest is Colombian resident), neither do they include hotel insurance of $14,000 COP/$4 USD per night, per person.
  • Depending on the season, all reservations are guaranteed by credit card or 100% payment of the accommodation
  • The reservation must be canceled with at least 72 hours in advance, to avoid incurring in penalty, after this period a penalty of the first night will be charged. For reservations in high season, cancellations generate a penalty of 100% of accommodations.
  • Rates are refundable, in case of cancellation of flights, restrictions that prevent the provision of the service in the hotel or force majeure by sending proof by the guest and during the health emergency by COVID-19
  • Payment terms are extended upon request and according to hotel availability if required by the client
  • The hotel does not handle blockages, only reservation confirmation with payment deadline
  • The Sea Level bungalows in Isleta are part of the hotel complex, booking the 10 bungalows as a whole does not include island privatization.
  • Rates for single or double accommodation in bungalows.
  • Children under 12 years old are allowed to stay with their parents in Grand Sea level and familiar bungalows, preferably. If these rooms are not available, Sea level bungalows may be booked for families with children instead.
  • Toddlers (0-2 years old) may stay in the same room as their parents and will be accommodated in cribs at no additional cost.
  • Grand Familiar bungalow with private pool: offers two floors and up to 4 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children) can be accommodated in two separate rooms.
  • Connecting bungalows: #21 and #22 are available for double accommodation each (Double or twin), one of them is a bungalow with pool and the other one is bungalow with Jacuzzi.
  • Grand Treetop bungalow: accommodation in treetop bungalows up to four adults in two separate rooms sharing jacuzzi. Two bathrooms, one in each room.
  • Grand sea level bungalow with private pool: offers accommodation in ground bungalow up to 4 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children) in two separate rooms sharing private pool. Two bathrooms, one in each room.
  • Early check-in or late check-out: Subject to hotel availability. It is recommended to book one night prior to check-in or after check-out when the passenger wishes to guarantee the service.
  • Check-in: 03:00pm
  • Check-out: 12:00 m.
  • Reservation cancellations and modifications will be received only by email to avoid incurring No Show penalties.
  • No-show: 100% of the rate granted on the first night of reservation, for low season. In high season 100% of the stay will be charged.



The hotel is pet friendly. A plate, bed will be provided during the stay with extra cost. Kindly ask rates to your reservation's agent.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

Hotel boats can be rented, even if there is no other service contracted with the hotel. Subject to availability.
Full days at Hotel are not allowed. A full day service at the private island “Isleta” is available. Hours: from 9:00a.m to 4:00p.m. Subject to seasons and availability.
The property offers spaces and services to coordinate and plan an event, such us logistics, photographers, event planners, table linen and utensils, decoration, musicians, among others. To download the events’ brochure,

Parties and events with music are not allowed at the hotel, the property is mainly for relaxation, rest and be immersed in nature. If a party or event with music is a must for the client, 100% of the rooms must be booked. Check out our Environmental Policy

Isleta (hotel private Island) accommodations are sold regularly for groups/events. In case groups/events are not confirmed, accommodations will be sold 15 days before check-in date for individuals.
Hotel prohibits the Access of other suppliers for food and beverage consumption unless specific approval from general management.
